  • Multi-user organization management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Maintaining the security of your password
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

3.3 Organization Accounts

If you create or join an organization on PIP:

  • Organization owners have administrative control over organization data and members
  • Data entered within an organization is shared among authorized members based on their assigned roles
  • Organization owners are responsible for managing user access and permissions

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harvest or collect user information without consent
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

The PIP platform, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

5.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into PIP. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of PIP is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice when possible
  • Experience occasional downtime due to technical issues
  • Modify or discontinue features with appropriate notice

We recommend maintaining regular backups of your critical data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Cost of substitute services

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
