The model

Software is the vehicle. Expertise is the cargo.

Most lab software ships a generic database and expects you to figure out what to record. We do the opposite. The platform is the framework — your subscription comes with engineers, analysts, and scientists who adapt that framework to fit your operation, build the workflows and dashboards your team will actually use, and train your staff to keep running the system after we taper. The software becomes the durable encapsulation of what your operation knows how to do. The team is how we put it there.

How it works

01 Not software. Software and a team. Your subscription includes allocated hours of a software engineer, a data analyst, and a data scientist — people who embed with your operation, configure the platform, train your team, and stay on call. We don't drop a product on you. We come with it.
02 We adapt the system to your operation. Every instance has its own fields, its own KPIs, its own dashboards. Our engineers shape the platform around the work you actually do — not a generic SaaS template you're forced to bend into. Solve the same problem three times and we build it in.
03 Software is your IP, made concrete. The problems your operation solves repeatedly become permanent software solutions. Decisions get codified. Workflows get automated. Statistical rigor gets baked into wizards a bench scientist can use without a PhD. What was tribal knowledge becomes durable, transferable infrastructure — and it's yours.
04 Track the data that's useful, not just available. We come into your facility and configure tracking for every metric that actually matters to your business. The system is designed so a lab can be run remotely — every relevant signal flows through it. Our team is there to make sure the right signals get captured, not just any signals.
05 We help without seeing your secrets. Protected recipes are encrypted in your browser before they reach our database — by design, not policy. Our experts can run your research, your planning, your analytics without knowing the specific values that make your operation work. Once an SOP is in place, sensitive data lives in your instance only.
06 The platform sharpens every year. Every time your team has a "we should track that" moment, our engineers turn it into a field with a dashboard. A workaround the bench developed becomes a built-in workflow. A KPI your manager pulls every Monday becomes a permanent panel.
